World's Longest Hopscotch

One of the neighborhood kids made the longest hopscotch. At each end of the path is a square that requires the player to turn around in a circle and keep going so the hopscotch track is never ending. The squares are small since Max said he made the squares 'Lizzie's size'.

Movie Night at Our House

I love our neighborhood. We were going to watch a movie since Michelle and Kate were visiting. I extended the invitation to a few neighborhood kids and before we knew it there were about 15 people in our family room. We were supposed to watch the movie The Avengers, but ended up watching Harry Potter because Michelle and I struck out finding The Avengers. We went to three different Red Box locations. I had never used Red Box before so it was neat to learn about this new service. The first location had the dvd version, but was out of order. The next two locations had The Avengers but in blue ray format. I told Michelle we didn't have a blue ray player so we needed to pass.  The second thing I learned that night is that we do in fact have a blue ray player. Brett said he bought one earlier this year. In the end, all kids had a great time :)
