My Leadership Map

 

For work I have staff take turns giving their 'leadership map', which is a 10 minute story of what makes you, you. The last time I did this exercise was eight years ago when I started at the Federal Home Loan Bank Seattle and my leadership map was only the bottom half of the map. I spent 8 of the 10 minutes talking about the top half of the map this go round. The one person I was missing was Brett and for that I'm sorry because he's so much a part of this road.
