Scott was telling Lizzie and myself a story and he said 'Daddy and me were stuck in traffic' After he was done with his story, I mentioned to him that he should say Daddy and I were stuck in traffic rather than Daddy and me. Scott then said 'No Mommy, you weren't there.' Lizzie chimed in and tried to explain to Scott that I was correcting his grammar, but he thought she too was saying that she was stuck in traffic with Daddy and was getting upset.
I let it go and realized I should wait a few more years before I correct his grammar :)
